I didn't like when I came in I wasn't notified that there was a 100$ deposit fee on the app or on their website and when I brought it up to the front desk lady she was fixing the website right in front of me. She also specified I wouldn't get my deposit back if there's damages to the room and when I got to my room the next morning there was damages. Broken my holes in the wall broken shower curtain scuff marks on the floor and my stove didn't work , and they were stains on my sheet we reported to the front desk and all they did was come in and video record it. They didn't try to accommodate us or anything they left us like that. And also the bathroom had roaches

As a woman traveling alone, safety and cleanliness matter most—and this place nailed both. Well-lit parking, secure entry, and a spotless room. Front desk staff was warm but not intrusive. Bed was plush, and I slept soundly. Bonus: the free coffee and snacks in the lobby! Location’s convenient, close to restaurants and shops. Never felt uneasy once. For a stress-free, solo-friendly stay in Fresno, this is my go-to. Totally recommend!

"Perfect for a mini staycation!"

My partner and I needed a night away from home chaos (kids + chores = ugh). This place gave us that! Cozy, quiet, and way more space than a regular hotel room. We ordered pizza, watched a movie on the big TV, and slept like royalty. Loved the little kitchenette for coffee in the morning. Staff didn’t bother us once—just checked in, relaxed, checked out. Sometimes that’s all you need. Felt like a real escape without driving far. Loved it!
