Friendly Office People

The rooms are nice and comfortable. Staff is friendly and professional

I have no issues with the property or staff. Some people that stay here is another issue, but the manager handled the issue and I am enjoying my stay

Close to restaurants walking distance

No hot water until last night I couldn't take a shower. A fight outside my room no plate in the microwave could not warm up any food

Good location-

Where do I start.. Well, If I could give this place a negative zero I would.. Upon arrival to my room, the smell of animals and extreme body odor consumed the room to the point I couldnt stand the smell..The blankets were not clean .. This inspired me to pull back the sheets to realize the linen had not been changed.. There were hairs, stains, crumbs, fingernails and only god knows what else visibly on the sheets.. Immediately went to the front desk and asked for a different room which was given to me, with no issues. It was almost as if the lady expected me to come back.. The second room was a lot better but still unacceptable. At least the linen had been change and the smell wasn't that bad.. Unfortunately, there was no hot water My entire stay..I had to take extremely cold showers.. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone unless you absolutely have no choice or you're homeless and have free vouchers. Otherwise it's a very loud resounding ,HELL NO ! P.s I should've took pics

"Worst experience ever!"

Location

Four nights without hot water. Remodeling and construction going on until 7pm or 8pm. Attitude of front desk when complained about the hot water issue. The lady said it couldn't be helped, and it wasn't her problem because no one had hot water, not just me. Worst hotel experience of my life. I have stayed in places all over the world.

Ideally located for the Loads of Fun amusement parks just across the highway.

No towels, no toilet paper, no hot water, TV wasn't connected to anything
