Owners were rude.

The rooms are older have wear and tear but clean and everything works! The office staff is very helpful and sweet!

Stayed for a week. This is my 3rd time staying for week. This time shower water never got hotter than lukewarm, if even that. Not once was my room cleaned by staff. Not sure if they even do that. The plus is that it's a quiet area and you should get a quiet night's sleep. Plenty of restaurants and stores close by.

The room was horrible..the stove was broken I tried to turn it on to cook my dinner and the knob was broken it was on high and I couldn't turn it off..there were homeless laying on the street in front of the building..I booked a week and stayed 2 nights..I have a 9 year old and have her on the weekends..this hotel is not safe for children..I felt like I was staying in the projects...will never stay there again...horrible

I never got the opportunity to stay there, but the price was a good deal. It appeared to be pleasant

Upon arrival I was helped by a front desk clerk who was rude and unaccommodating. She was given my reservation confirmation but said she had no record of it. She also said she couldn't locate one under my name. I called Booking.com and spoke with Jacqueline who confirmed the reservation and emailed the hotel. I was asked to wait 45 minutes. Although we had been driving for 20+ hours, we waited and checked with the clerk, but she said she didn't receive the email. Because of how we were treated, we chose to go to another hotel to stay.
