I liked the price initially. Check out was quick and easy

I have been overcharged for my stay. First by booking.com and secondly, I was charged incorrectly by the hotel which turned out to be the cost of my stay plus the deposit which has been returned to me.

Nothing about this place made me happy. I did not feel too safe in my room and I felt dirty staying here. Not worth the money.

The entire experience was terrible. From the moment we arrived, the front desk was unprofessional and dismissive. When we tried to check in, the front desk attendant refused to look up my name to confirm our reservation, even after I told her the room had already been paid for. My husband and I essentially had to convince her to even attempt to search for our booking. We also waited about five minutes before anyone came out from the back to assist us, and when she did, she offered excuses instead of help. She suggested that our reservation had been canceled and claimed that Booking.com should have notified us, even though the reservation was never canceled. She even implied that we should leave and stay somewhere else. Once she finally looked my name up, then her tone and demeanor changed, but it was already too late at that point. I did not feel safe staying in this location, we had to take precautions to make sure that no one else was assigned to our room too due to their unorganized system. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The situation felt extremely unprofessional and poorly handled. I would not recommend staying here.

Privacy

Cleaniness was not there.

The bed was very nice. The kitchen was very clean

When I come out of the elevator and I saw one of the stairways had caution tape on it and it made me feel unsafe because if there was an emergency from my room was right next to it so I would not know where to go or if there wasn’t another emergency exit because it’s not explained or wasn’t even told to me that where the exits are just in case an emergency when one of them is shut down
