Staff very friendly and eager to help. Central location. Nice design of interiors and rooms.

Staying on the ground floor, it was very noisy with people in reception and in the rooms above. Was hard to get to sleep due to noise. On a higher floor, this may not be an issue.

Location and free parking (bear in mind this is not garanteed)

The place didn't meet our expectations. The sheet and bath towels were dirty. Also we didn't have any blankets in the room , which let my wife to freeze all night.

Temizlik ve kahvaltı çok kötü. Çarşaflar çok eskimiş ve yıpranmış. Ayrıca temzilenmeden serilmiş her tarafı lekeliydi. Bir daha asla tercih etmem. Kahvaltı vasatın altında.

"Puanı yüksek gösterilen vasat otel"

Temizlik anlamında çok vasat bir otel. Bir saat erken otele ulaşmamıza rağmen saat 14:00de odanız hazır olacak denildi. Odaya çıktığımızda yastık kılıfının üzerinde erkek saçları buldum. Pide diye bırakılan örtünün kenarlarının sökük ve sarı sarı lekelere sahip olduğunu gördük. Odaya bırakılan havlular ıslaktı. Odada terlik yoktu. Klozet düğmesi bozukdu. Bunları bildirdiğimizde 45 dakika sonra oda servisi geldi ve "çarşaflar beş günde bir değiştiriliyor" denildi. Yeni giriş yaptığımızı söyleyince gidip getirdi ve bize kurduğu cümle aynen şöyle oldu "burası beş yıldızlı otel değil, butik otel. Çok ayrıntıya takılmayacaksınız" denildi. Giriş ücretini rezervasyon esnasında ödememiş olsak çıkıp gidecektik. Odalarda klima yok. Tek pencere yetmiyor. Sürekli dışarıdan polis sirenleri ve karşı binadan müzik sesleri geliyor. Ve size tavsiye otel ödemeli olarak rezervasyon yaptırmayın. İki sefer çekiyorlar ücreti. Konum olarak iyi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık açıkcası.Kahvaltı ise sıradan bekar evi kahvaltısı veriliyor. Tekrar konaklamayı düşünmüyorum.

The Staff was friendly, helped us to get a Taksi and gave advices, the position of the hotel is perfect.

The room was not as expected, the towels and sheets were old, the toilet broken, we disliked it.
