We paid for our room in cash and left a deposit with a debit card. It wasn’t refunded to me and the management will not return my calls. The management has melt been at the property once on any of the 3 attempts I’ve made to rectify this issue. The stay was ok, besides the weird people smoking out front making everything smell like cigarettes and the “working girl” hitting on my dad at 7am it was alright. I’d appreciate a call back or how about just refund my security deposit that shouldn’t have been kept in the first place!!

I love the location, the outside look is nice, the staff are exceptional, my first room was not pleasant but my 2nd room has been a pleasant comfort!

Remote control had no batteries had to go

The kitchen stove top and countertops were caked with grease, food debris and hairs. I had to spend approximately two hours cleaning it before I could use the kitchen. So I essentially became an unpaid employee. They put me in an ADA room, but I'm not handicapped. So I had zero counter space to put any of my things. Not even a square inch to put my hairdryer on, just a stand alone sink.

Worst hotel in my life

Woman at counter rude,soon as we got there refrigerator didn't work said they fix it never did 😕,battered woman running scared down hallway and no one cared, 😔,dog poop in elevator and more!
