Very clean, friendly staff, nice rooms, quite and security waking around at night

I would not go there again. Everyone was nice, but the general atmosphere was not good. The room was adequate but not overly comfortable. The bathroom needed attention. I got a rash on my face from whatever they used to launder the linens.Free wi-fi was ok, not great. Indigents hanging around the facilities.This location is very close to the Gospel Rescue Mission which lends itself to may "passersby".

Dirty, no amenities, didn’t get room paid for, noisy, shower plugged up so backed up while taking one, pictures aren’t the reality of the place, we spent one night and changed hotels

We showed up late, not realizing they dont do late check-in, after driving through the night and just needed somewhere to rest our head. We were then informed by the emergency phone number that "we don't do late check-in and our office will be open at 9am" Have called numerous times to make sure I am not charged for this stay and they NEVER answer the phone. Do not recommend if you need somewhere convenient to stay as it needs to be on their time.

The room was clean, modern style. The property manager was pleasant, informative, and quick to process the check-in.

The room was in awful condition, it smelled heavily of smoke. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. The towels looked like they hadn’t been washed, they had various stains. Overall dirty room.

No soap in the bathroom.eR stay at a Siegel again. No one in the office at 5pm. People above us were loud and uncontrollable behavior, arguing , swearing. No visible security. We will never stay at a Siegel again.
