The room size and free parking

Room wasn’t clean. Exhaust and air conditioner smelled like cigarette smoke. Carpet was dirty with stains.

The stay was because someone was in hospital

Nothing

Bed was comfortable.

While an attempt to clean had been made, a hair here and there, dirt in corners were off putting.

Good location. Friendly staff

Room was not cleaned very well. There was a couple of used bars of soap in the shower, old food (not ours) was still in the dresser drawers, table between the bed was not cleaned ie. sticky goo on it.

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is a no frills place. The young man who was working at the front desk (which was really a front table) was very friendly and helpful. He greeted us every time he saw us during our stay. On the flip side, there were a couple female employees who were using profanity out in the parking lot the morning we were leaving. They weren’t in a conflict….just having a conversation that included lots of colorful words. My husband also observed one of them sitting in the front lobby area on a chair with her legs drawn up to her chin saying “I should have just called out today. Not sure why I came in to work today”. Pretty unprofessional especially in front of hotel guests.

Great team, kind and very helpful. Convenient for dining and fuel.

We were able to check in late. The bed was comfortable.

The shower faucet dripped, it was in an industrial area and hard to get to.
