Greenmount Beach House

Cute bouchée feel, all staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was pretty spacious even with a family of 4, with the pool and slide located on the same level as our room. Everything is within walking distance, and the beach is just on the other side of the street so no real need to move the car. Only flaw is VERY limited parking (approximately 50 spots). Will happily stay again!

Great location for the price

Location is amazing. The hotel itself is a little dated. The fridge in the bathroom area is off putting and the room and hotel is not overly clean. While we understand bugs are inevitable, we did have 3 spiders in our room. There was also an issue where the firealarms went off and we followed the fire escapes to be caged in by a locked gate. There was another way which required you to go back into the hotel, however the exits were not clearly signed. In saying this, the hotel is adequate if you want somewhere to stay close to the beach and not too fussed on the room. Beds were comfortable.

Excellent location, very good value for money.

No parking available during my stays, have to park my car elsewhere around the property. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Nice and clean hotel. Love the location 😊

This place is the worst experience in a motel in all of Australia No parking & rooms smelt like pure bleach Balconies are not kid friendly Inspectors should be fined for letting this place exist I walked 2 steps in & checked out within 5 mins Doesn’t even get 1 out of 5

Property is showing it's age, has very limited parking but still comfortable and close to beach, cafe's and shops
