The staff was great the room was clean only thing they didn't provide a blanket and the pool was closed

The staff were kind and helpful and they had many places on-site to eat that were in a good price range

Clean room great staff

Some of the local undesirable characters hanging around. Security removed them from the premises quickly, but they keep coming back.

The pool wasn't open and homeless using an ice machine. When I went to get ice machines didn't dispense ice..charge me fees at the counter when I book it was only show price and tax! Feed was a wave! I haven't got my deposit for Tuesday thru Thursday back yet and charge me another deposit for Thursday thru Friday! I expect a refund!

The ice machine was ouucupie by the homeless and there was no ice when I did it! Charge me resort fees when I book it on book .com stated tax only and no resort fees!
