We stayed for 2 nyts. We requested a clean towel nobody brings us. The flush of the toilet was broken, they said someone will fix it but no one came. We have to go to casino to use the toilet. No body clean our room and get the trash. Customer service was very poor and no willingnes to help. Very dissapointed.

The front desk room reservation team were helpful and pleasant to deal with. The parking was convenient and plentiful. The property was kept clean and felt safe and secure despite the surrounding area not being that great.

I didn't like the the cleanliness of the room we had to be transferred to due to the ac going out in my room. Charging way to much for late check out even after being there for a lengthy stay. I had to request a blanket multiple times because the room only had sheets. The lack of communication between the maids and the front desk was terrible... even after extending my stay I was walked in on by a maid claiming I was supposed to be out after paying for an entire week. The cost of the room was great until the excessive resort fees were added and other than the wifi not sure what that includes for that price. It's a smoking casino yet no rooms are available with a smoking option. I feel food comps or something else could have been offered as a perk covered by the high resort fee.

That there are so many rooms with lights on 24/7 without any guests using them. Imagine if every hotel room in Vegas had a brick in theire toilet tank, how much water could be saved over time.
