Bed was good, water was hot.

Booked for 4 nights, no service, had to ask for tea and coffee and towels. Sink in bathroom was brown, shower doors were black at bottom No breakfast. This used to be the no.3 motel in Townsville. We won't be back.

Nice rooms for the price

Rooms weren’t serviced in 4 days. Office hrs were not as advertised. Laundry room had cut off hrs but were locked much earlier than stated on signage. Travelling for sport, many families were unable to access the washing facilities in shortened timeframes. Resulting having to wash items in shower or basins.

Comfortable bed

No live TV No room clean if only staying 5 days. Had to go to office for clean towels but office not open til 9am Info on Q not working Bad leak on bathroom Floor very wet

Could not sleep because there was lots of noise, people talking loud and also noise from the traffic during the night. The beds weren't that comfy
