Adina Apartment Hotel Budapest

Awesome aparthotel with spacious rooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The facilities are a big plus, especially the gym and indoor pool. It’s a bit outside the city center, but that turned out to be an advantage for us, as it’s located in a quiet residential area, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Overall, a great place to stay and unwind.

Excellent customer service bar one example. David was exceptional for our introduction; the rest of the day & night staff at reception were brilliant also and accommodated us well with our luggage since we had a later flight. We stayed in an apartment and since it was a bank holiday when we arrived the shops were closed. David was able to help us locate a washing tablet so we could wash our clothes from all our travelling - this was particularly helpful for us! Great service and he was super friendly & polite also

Just as I was leaving, I'd been out all day and needed a towel just to dry myself. There was a point when one female receptionist didn't want to lend me one (which I understand from a policy perspective, but from a pragmatic perspective - when there are so many towels available in a hotel) Fortunately, the gym staff member who was present volunteered a towel just to help me dry myself and wash my face in the sink. It was a most kind gesture and it made all the difference for me travelling home & feeling cleaner

Nice clean, quiet hotel, with big rooms, fridge, washing machine, sink and microwave. Staff very helpful

Beds a bit small

קיבלנו דירה מושלמת , זה אזור שקט, קרוב מאוד למטרו, יש בצמוד אליו סופרמרקט, מלון דירות הכי טוב שהיינו , פשוט נהננו, ממליץ בחום רק , אנחנו נגיע לכאן שוב- אין מה ללכת למקום אחר מבחינתנו, הבריכה, חדר הכושר, החצר השקטה והגדולה, הכל היה מקצועי נקי ומרגיע

לא היה שום דבר לשיפור - פשוט מלון נהדר
