Beds were a little hard but if you like a firm mattress then your in the right place Room needs a bin Also a different adaptor required for the normal European adaptor we used the one from the provided hairdryer but meant we could only charge one phone at the time. Not much to complain about but it’s little things that might improve it.

The property has a great location nearby good restaunts and shops and it is also at a good walking distance of the port and train station (around 1km).

It is sometimes difficult to sleep because of the noise of the restaurants nearby and people talking in the street - so if you are a light sleeper you need some sound cancelling headphones

Everything was amazing, right in the city centre with all the hustle and bustle around, lots of restaurants, very close to la spezia railway station. Great value for money.

Good location, bed was comfortable

One hard chair, lack of table to put things on, just a kettle no coffee machine. 2 packets of instant coffee for 2 night stay. No place to put things in bathroom

There was no breakfast. Excellent location right near central market and between two walking streets

Bathroom smelled musty.

Great location 10 mins from train central Lots of bars and restaurants

The property was very close to the main train station and very central to many restaurants. Everything is in walking distance and the city was beautiful!
