Central location, 10-12 minutes walk to La Spezia station, good base for Cinque Terre.

Very very loud - you head all the outside, plus the other rented flats around and above. Literally not possible to sleep without earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Convenient and good place to stay near Cinque terre. Also cafe located opposite to the building served good breakfast.

Very noisy through the wall to the next room, you can hear everything

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was particularly good with an excellent shower. The location was a perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre and the staff were amenable.

The walls were extremely thin and we had the bad luck of having a very noisy family with a small child next door. We could hear loud conversations and the child was unfortunately screaming day and night (even at 5am).

Location, cleanliness, easy check-in

Fantastic location. Martina was very accommodating with a late check-in. Close to the centre. Tea and coffee. Working airconditioning. Nice hot shower. Perfect base before heading off to explore Cinque Terre.
