I loved the room having the kitchen. Comfy bed

They took a$ 100 deposit and did not tell me since I was using the cash app it would take a month to get it back. I would've used a different card. Cash app still says they haven't released it on their end. I've called and they said they did and they have not. $100 is allot for me and my kids right now. I won't be staying here again.

Love the location!

Tub/shower drain was slow draining. After third request, it was finally fixed (morning I left). They gave me the feeling that it wasn’t important.

The room styles

Stayed there on 2024 and it was amazingly clean. Had free coffee in the little store area. Staff was really nice. Very clean rooms. Overall good quality.. stayed for a week while my husband had heart surgery. This time I as the opposite. No free coffee except a sad little coffee pot services in the room. The first room we were given smelled strange and was dirty, so we asked to be moved. The staff reluctantly did so. Second room was tolerable. Overall feel of the hotel was dirty and staff worn and tired. It was not as welcoming overall.

Kitchen facility, spaciousness of the room, and location of the Suites are awesome.

Sound proof is weak. A neighbor next to my room made too much noise with music and talk through the night till after mid-night. I ended up staying up for the whole night till early morning. Otherwise, the place was perfect.
