Parking charge was $13 per night, front desk guy not very friendly, I was tired from driving 13 hours from Mexico and he was looking at me with a weird, I can say judgamental face like if I was some kind of weirdo. Room wasn’t the cleanest but a huge turndown was the dirty (stained) sheet where my 4 yr old daughter was supposed to sleep. We were too tired to call front desk, plus after the weird check in i was not comfortable to call for anything. Definitely not staying at another holiday inn in a long long time from now.

IHG... never heard of them... booking . com made error... never heard of them either. I called HOLIDAY INN on my own phone... the reservation ended up with booking . com in Carlsbad Beach CA instead of Caverns location in NM... so my "day before" print of res. showed CA... I called to cancel and AI would not let me cancel bargain purchase 2 week advance. (need PIN... no PIN on booking e mail to me) so I had to pay addtl $297 purchase for "night before res.... YOU WILL GIVE ME THAT MONEY PACK as I have reported it to my VISA. Booking is a bully, kill the AI
