No nos avisaron que habia que dejar corriendo el agua alrededor de 5 minutos para que saliera agua caliente en la ducha (5.30 am duchandonos con agua fria). Esperaba mas del desayuno, no es buffet. Me faltó fruta. Las ventanas de la habitación no quedaban selladas por lo que se filtró ruido durante la noche, lo que era desagradable pues estábamos sobre la Alameda.

Lo que me gustó del hotel que el personal es muy amable y acogedor y lo otro limpio y ordenado y decorado muy hermoso con navidad

Lo que no me gustó que me cobren custodia ya que yo he ido al ibis al hotel imperio y en ninguno de los 2 me han cobrado custodio y yo pienso que con el precio que pague por una noche que fueron 181.000 y fracciones lo mínimo que no cobren custodia
