Even though they were doing construction/refinishing it was nice and clean.

No elevator

Good evening until the very loud rap music started in room next to mine. Called front desk who asked them to turn it down. They did for 2 minutes. Called front desk again. They came to room again. They turned it down a lot but I could still hear it through the wall. It’s after midnight. Tried my earplugs. Still hear it Tried to sleep in my car. Went back in room at 2:00 am. Quiet now Very little sleep with all day of driving ahead.

Beds were comfortable

Building says Quality Inn, so a bit confusing. Bathroom was a bit dingy but relatively clean.

We found out on our way in that Baymont just took over the property a week ago. I can say GARY at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and genuine, none of this fake corporate pleasantries but genuinely a nice guy. Took great care of us and took his time checking us in. Since it’s only been a week renovations we still ongoing but they are definitely cleaning up the place nicely!

When I made the reservation, it did not tell me the Hotel was being remodeled From a quality Inn to a Baymont. There was no elevator and no mention of that on the reservation. It was a non-smoking facility but there was a smoke smell on the second floor from one of the rooms. The breakfast Area was being redone so Fortunately, the meeting room upstairs had a continental breakfast available. It was nice that it was pet friendly. I did review my bill and was charged $80 on Wednesday and Thursday, but on Friday, was charged $100. I feel I should have been charged $80 since not all of the amenities were available.

Horrible experience. Travel with my mother and was very embarrassed to check in. books onbooking.com and looked great. When I got there, it was under construction with no breakfast option. First room they gave me had no linens on the bed and somebody’s clothes was on the chair. I get horrible horrible experience.

Poor breakfast. Convenient location to interstate but otherwise remote.

First room assigned was unbearably stinky wih cigarette smoke residue. We demanded a different room. Was insulting that we had to sign a nonsmoking statement when the cleaning penalties are clearly not being used to refresh the stinky rooms. Breakfast was poorly stocked in every regard and I had to ask for multiple items to be replenished. Food quality was mediocre and starchy. I was afraid to eat some items. Beverages were poor, food choices were limited, insufficient and nutritionally imbalanced.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I booked this hotel a month in advance. The lady that was checking me in said I wasn't in their system. So after showing her my receipt and asking for a manager or a number to get help, she continued to tell me e to eat Expedia to help instead. Horrible customer service. I will never be back as I had to pay another $100.00 on top of the $73.19 that I already paid to stay the night

The room had an oder, carpet was worn and buckled. Bed was was lumpy and not comfortable. And there were cracks in the bathroom floor. It was not a good night stay.

Dog friendly, clean and quiet.
