The hotel WiFi is horrible impossible to get any work done

Quality inn was the perfect place to stay for a couple of days while we were near town for our grandsons birthday! It was clean with very comfortable beds. The staff were great, very professional, helpful and kind. The internet was excellent. We had no complaints whatsoever!

My husband and I stayed here for a baseball tournament. Upon arrival, there’s no elevator. If you’re paying using your debit/bank card, they add an additional $100 “incident” deposit that is supposed to reimburse after checking out (still waiting for it). When winding down we pulled back the gray blanket on top of the bed to discover blood spots on the white comforter underneath, and another yellow colored stain at the top of the blanket. We then checked the other bed and that blanket also had blood stains. I went to the front desk asking for a new blanket in which I was told “they were sold out”. Luckily we had blankets in our car that we brought up to use instead. The room was infested with ants (and we were on the second floor). Saturday evening, a few of the boys from the team wanted to visit and walked over to our hotel, came in the back way in which not to disturb anyone and before our door even closed the phone rang from the front desk ordering us they had to leave and threats to call the manager to have us removed. The boys left without incident immediately. Then Sunday morning (the day we were slotted to check out) they knocked on our door at 7:30 to ask if we were leaving at 11 or not. When I checked out the a front desk attendant (the same one who called our room and checked us in) asked how many stayed in our room, I answered my husband and I again, to which he began instructing me that the boys are bad people, abused him (a grown man), and littered the entire parking lot. To which all of these claims are false as we watched them walk back across the parking lot to their hotels. The parking lot was littered with cigarettes and used tobacco pouches and trash when we got there. He then threatened that we would most likely not be allowed back (I kindly informed him we most definitely would not be). I would not recommend this place to anyone, the only staff I saw the entire time was the same front desk attendant and he was rude and spouting nonsense. If it wasn’t for the fact that everywhere else was booked up because of the tournament we would have left for much better lodging.

The rooms had mould and damp in them. The bedding was dirty and moist.

For the price this is an excellent hotel.
