Quality Inn Seymour I-65

Location

The rooms for people with pets smelled awful. We had to purchase our own fresheners to make it bearable. Even with that the smell wasn’t great. It was like they thought that it was ok for rooms designated for guests with pets could smell like wet dogs and urine. That smell makes pets want to leave marks throughout the room,thereby increasing the smells. We had to make sure our dog behaved himself, which he did. A dog may not mind the smells but the people sure do.

Great staff and was clean

Many of the outlets didn’t work. Room was clean but the ac smelled like mold all the time.

Very nice room, front desk very kind.

No complaints

Absolutely nothing. Hands down the worst hotel we have stayed at. Our first room had ants and when we called to get moved to another room, that room had ants.

Staff actually stole my Mother’s Day card that had a gift card. Our rooms had ants and the sheets were dirty.

The rooms need updated and the bathroom needs fixed the ceiling was falling apart the ceiling in main room needs painted it had brown stuff on it...
