"Nice but no empathy"

The whole experience was just great and the facilty was very clean.

What i didnt like was the $30 charge to check in early because I arrived early due to bad weather coming. I felt they could have been more sensitive to that, but they were all about getting that money.

Conveniently located from the interstate. Clean. Room was spacious. Everyone was friendly. Breakfast was good. I used the laundry (25 minutes to wash/45 minutes to dry). There was a quarter machine. You can purchase amenities in a shop near the lobby. It's close to a grocery store and a Walmart in case you forgot something.

The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful, and always cleaning. The entire place was immaculate. Breakfast had lots of delicious options for all ages. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to or through Anderson.

breakfast was excellent. We went for a morning swim and soak in the hot tub...both were excellent! The location off of the interstate were fantastic as we attended a concert at the Fisher Arena. The proximity to downtown was also excellent as we visited several local attractions the next day. We will use this location in the future if we come back for other concerts.
