Pool was nice although the restroom was closed leading to the need for a long walk down a cold slippery hallway to the alternative location.

One of the two elevators was not working. We stayed 4 nights and there was no sign of any attempts to fix it. The breakfast was awful! Our room ended up having a leak in the a/c so we had to switch. They put us in a smaller room. The fire alarm was triggered on the last morning leading to the discovery that one of the main exit doors was not usable. I’m sure this is a major violation.

"Disappointed, to say the least; good oatmeal tho."

Stayed here for one night during a long, physically exhausting move. The room itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was good, but one of my final interactions at the hotel completely overshadowed the stay. There were good parts of the stay, but this experience left a negative impression.

I’m dealing with a painful plantar fasciitis flare from days of packing, lifting, and driving. The hot tub was the only pain relief I’d had in days during an already stressful time, and I came down that morning specifically for that. There was a sign posted saying the pool would be closed for cleaning starting at 10:30 AM. Before that time, I went in briefly just to soak my legs. Within a couple minutes, a staff member came out and told me to get out because chemicals were about to be added and that the sign was wrong. That’s not okay. If the area isn’t available, the signage needs to reflect that. Guests shouldn’t be put in a position where they’re following posted instructions and then told they’re in the wrong. What made it worse was that the hot tub is fully visible through large windows from the breakfast area, which was completely full. I had to get out and have that interaction in front of a room full of people, which was unnecessarily uncomfortable. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. I was in pain, exhausted, and trying to get a few minutes of relief before getting back on the road. Instead, I was met with conflicting information and an awkward, public situation that could have been avoided. To add to that, when I checked out, the front desk didn’t ask how my stay was. There was no opportunity to even mention what had happened, which only reinforced the feeling that guest experience isn’t really being paid attention to and that hospitality is missing here.

Great breakfast, wonderful room for our family of 7, and helpful/friendly staff!

The pool was beautiful, but water was a little cold for an indoor pool.
