Beautifully decorated, great to have access to a kitchen and eating area, to self cater. We also took advantage of going for the cooked breakfast one morning, and hot rolls and juice delivered to our room another morning.

It wasn't a deal breaker, but we were up in the attic room, and the tea making facilities were several flights of stairs down in the kitchen which was a bit of a pain (get in, head up to the room to go to the loo, then think about going down and back up again to make tea). Like I said, it wasn't a deal breaker, but since you asked, that's what I didn't like.

Our stay was brilliant from start to finish. The responsive and helpful messages from Emmett prior to our stay, offering extra activities and advise were .such appreciated. During our stay the facilities, the decor, the staff and everything in-between was excellent. We added on the cocktail making to our stay and Dave was fantastic. He entertained and educated us with all things cocktail related. I would recommend a stay to anyone!

The esthetics of this Victorian house, updated with every amenity that one could want is the entire package. The staff are wonderful, Emmet and David and the cleaning lady went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable and memorable.

I was on holiday and arrived with a tummy bug contacted in another country Germany so was in the recovering stage Not being 100% was nothing to do with the hotel but my problem and something I did not like.

Very good location with a beautiful view, the street is old and you can enjoy a walk directly towards the river. The stuff are really friendly, and the place is very nice: it’s almost new, very clean, comfortable bed and fresh towels. If you want to cook by your own there is a common kitchen equipped with everything.
