There was no hospitality

As per the booking.com website checkin time is 14:00 hrs and checkout time is 13:00 hrs . But the hotel manager said as per their policy that is only for direct booking and for online booking the checkout time is 11:00am . First time I'm seeing fake information being put in booking.com .there is going to be hesitancy for me going forward to book from your site.

Breakfast was amazing

Swimming pool was not available for use. It was not clean. When I asked at the reception during my check-in, I got an answer that it can be used in the evening. When I went in the evening it was still unclean. On asking about that the receptionist told it will be cleaned and ready for use in the morning. As I went to the pool in the morning, it was in the same condition. On asking about the same, the receptionist told that some vacuum was not working that's why the swimming pool couldn't be cleaned. This dodging was pathetic.
