"Exceptional"

Lækker lejlighed perfekt placeret i Kbh til at kunne være turist på gåben. Godt indrettet og anvendelige soverum med gardiner - mangler måske lidt plads til hængetøj og/eller kroge. Dejligt med terrasse til at kunne nyde morgensolen.

"Excellent"

Stor og velholdt lejlighed med super beliggenhed. Dejlig tagterrasse med morgensol. Lejligheden er dog sparsomt indrettet og man kunne godt ønske sig flere knager, sengelamper og flere møbler på terrassen. Det bærer præg af at den er til udlejning og ikke til beboelse. Men masser af plads - og rigtig god beliggenhed.

Positives Large and spacious, good facilities within the apartment, close proximity to attractions. Plenty of towels Perfect temperature Negatives No lights in the entrance hall, it’s quite dangerous as you have to go up a spiral staircase (to the top floor) in the pitch black. The entrance into the apartment is quite confusing the first time you arrive. There are no curtains or blinds in the apartment so privacy is an issue, along with the light coming in the windows in the morning. The view from the terrace is purely the courtyard. You have to remove all your own rubbish and make sure everything is washed up and put away. Although I agree with the washing up I feel a cleaner is more than capable of putting away dishes. I don’t agree with having to empty all the bins yourself. There are no luggage facilities, which is something I’ve always found to be a standard feature.

**Don't stay here*** Where do I start... Given the property has just been listed with no reviews I was concerned about it's authenticity. I contacted expedia direct they assured the apartment is verified. After booking the apartment, I started to read new reviews on other sites which gave warnings about the property. These included - the apartment is on the top floor (3rd level) with no lift - so all suitcases etc have tote carried up. This was not indicated on the apartment listing - there are no blinds on any of the windows, including the bathroom and bedrooms which means the room is never dark and people from other apartments can see straight in Additionally, we had the following problems - washing machine didn't work - this was a selling point in the apartment listing - the bathroom flooded due a blocked drain - the balcony door was broken which meant the door could not lock, so we felt unsafe as next door could easily climb over - note this is a big selling point of the listing yet, was unusable - heating oil the half the apartment didnt work - as noted on the apartment listing
