Estaba bien cosas un poco anticuadas como mobiliario y un radio/casete y un DVD con películas de más de 30 años

No estaba bien limpio los muebles del salón sobre todo estaban llenos de polvo

The location is very good, the view is excellent, the kitchen equipment is sufficient for a short stay (I cannot comment on long-term stays). As the time approaches the host writes detailed instructions for entering the house etc. and they respond quickly to questions. The towels and sheets were clean and smelled nice.

I suggest that the person or company cleaning the house be warned. The floors were swept but we thought they were not mopped. There was dust on the items. The refrigerator door was sticky.

The location is superb, it’s not that loud either quite quiet around the area which is nice if you are a light sleeper. Very easy to access as well with street parking nearby and restaurants etc on your door step. Building has elevator too which is useful. Neighbours are friendly.

The shower water was cold, it seems they have issue with boiler not sure why but we all had to have cold showers which isn’t nice. The hot water only runs from the sink taps. The floors were dirty and the bed sheets had stains on them which isn’t hygienic. I also noticed hair in my bed which again disappointing from hygiene perspective.

It's on the edge of town. Away from the town centre. They charge for small things that included in cheaper places, like tea or coffee. I followed the draconian rules like no visitors after 8pm and informed them of visitors before that time as they requested. Nevertheless I received a message after midnight saying neighbours were complaining about excessive noise. This looked like a standard cut and paste, in English. The only reason they could have complained was that I was watching TV on my own at 20% of the volume. They didn't bother to call to check or send anyone to the flat. They just bluntly accused me of making excessive noise. They wrote to me in English even though I had talked to them before and told them I am originally from Cadiz. They forgot that with all due respect to the neighbours, I am the customer and they should have been more attentive to me. I am an extremely quiet person and I have multiple reviews from Airbnb hosts saying that
