le site est magnifique et avec quelques efforts de montée dans la forêt par des escaliers de pierre, chaque "cabin" est totalement isolée. Tout en bois, tout écologique dans les moindres détails, une équipe convaincue par un tourisme respectueux de l'environnement, des personnes etdes producteurs locaux. Ne pas emmener trop de bagages (c'était notre cas puisque étape dans un séjour de 2 semianes) parcequ'il faut les faire monter (très aimablement proposé par la gérante via un monte charge sur cable et à force de bras pour la deuxième moitié de l'ascension. Lieu de départ idéal pour visiter Terceira en voitiure et treks inoubliables malgré la météo très variable et venteuse en hiver. petit déjeuner fantastique avec découverte de produits et traditions locales.

Il n'y a quaqi pas de rangement dans la chambre, il faut arriver léger. Quitter l'endroit est difficile!

L’emplacement est paradisiaque, c’est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner est complet et excellent. Le personnel est au petit soin avec nous. Toujours souriant, attentionné et souhaite que notre séjour soit agréable. Service impeccable!

Il y avait une odeur d’humidité dans les chambres, mais qui disparaissait si nous mettions la fonction DRY sur l’A/C.

Carla was exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable - when one of our party didn’t have a good sleep she moved some of us into the house for the rest of our stay. She provided lots of useful information.

The cabins were in the forest, leaving you feeling very peaceful and secluded. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, full of tips and advice. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, we didn't know it was going to be vegetarian (not a problem for me but my other half loves bacon!), but in the end there was so much choice and amazing fresh eggs that he enjoyed it too! A beautiful place to rest and recharge if you're happy doing not a lot. I'd definitely recommend for a couple of nights of R&R! The gardens and pool are are beautiful, you spot different plants and flowers every time you walk the bath, it's really lovely to be immersed in nature.

The bathroom situation is unusual with no door/privacy. The lack of somewhere to sit in the evening is a shame, we had some rainy days when we were there and the cabin only has seating on the balcony which didn't suit in the rain. The breakfast room closes at 5pm so you are forced to drive out somewhere to eat/drink. Everything felt quite damp due to the humidity, it would have been great to have a clothes airer or dehumidifier as after getting soaked one day in the rain we had some clothes that didn't dry until we got back to the UK!

Ein wunderschöner Ort mitten in der Natur, ein herrliches Frühstück und mega herzliche Mitarbeiter. Hier stimmt einfach alles und wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Ein Ort der seinesgleichen sucht. Aufgrund des zu erwarteten Hurrikan wurde uns die letzte Nacht empfohlen die Unterkunft zu wechseln und ohne zusätzliche Kosten ein schönes Ersatzhotel organisiert. Danke für euer vorausschauendes Handeln.
