Staff very serviceable!! Everything is close to this property, no need to be driving!!

Great location with clean comfortable rooms at good price , they seem to be working on renovations , no amenities but a good place to stay if you're on a budget

Im slightly confused by the 1 star reviews, I can only assume they were from a time when the hotel was struggling! Our room was very clean, and had everything we needed. It was very quiet and we were able to enjoy a good night's rest, and the staff were super friendly. We would 100% stay here again.

Tive uma das piores experiências de hospedagem nesse hotel. Fiz a reserva pelo cartão errado e, ao chegar na acomodação, perguntei se poderia trocar de cartão. A equipe me informou que a única forma seria cancelando a reserva atual e fazendo uma nova. Pedi então o cancelamento, e me disseram que só fariam isso depois que eu fizesse uma nova reserva. Segui as instruções, fiz a nova reserva, mas não cancelaram a anterior como prometeram. Resultado: fui cobrada por duas reservas, mas utilizei apenas uma. Desde então, implorei por ajuda no chat da plataforma, expliquei toda a situação várias vezes e ninguém me respondeu. Tentei resolver pessoalmente na recepção e novamente fui informada que só poderia resolver via chat. Um chat que simplesmente ignora os hóspedes. Me senti totalmente abandonada, enganada e lesada financeiramente. Ninguém assumiu a responsabilidade pelo erro ou se dispôs a ajudar de verdade. Um descaso total. Não recomendo para ninguém e ainda estou tentando resolver esse prejuízo absurdo.

I travel all across the the world trying out weird and wonderful places and decided to visit here because of its 1* rating here on trip advisor. I have got to say, I am shocked and quite disappointed at the other reviewers as my stay was excellent! The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy; bathroom was clean and bed was clean most importantly! You get a safe, spare blankets and an iron! For a 1* hotel that is super rare. ITS SUPER CHEAP! I paid $180 including tax for one night, my previous two hotels in the area cost me just shy of $700 each and were comparable in comfort to this I have to say. All in all a great stay and I would recommend people to visit and give it a chance, ignore previous reviews. People are definitely expecting $800 treatment at a $200 hotel.

Decent hotel would stay again. Room was comfortable and clean staff were friendly and price was cheap. Bonus for nice soft towels.

La tina se inundo , no funciona el aire acondicionado , nos cambiaron de abitacion y el baño estaba todo lleno de agua en el piso ! El peor hotel
