Geneva Hotel

The place was cramped and dirty on the outside with homeless people sitting on the front stoop. The inside looked so dated and truly disgusting. We decided not to stay the night

Guests placed trash in the hallway daily. Elderly homeless woman soiled herself and urinated while walking down the hallway. She appears to be homeless and roams the property. When I informed the front desk they said she lives there. If you want your room clean you have to go to front desk to request and even then they may not show up Disaster. Don't let your worst enemy stay at this place.... correction, definitely let your worst enemy stay here but other than that stay far away

The rooms will run down horrible they never refunded our security deposit they said no we had to sign out when we checked out we checked out at 5:00 in the morning there was nobody at the front desk so they literally stole our $50 I'll never stay there again worst experience of my life

The quality of cleanliness of the bed and bathroom was questionable. Very small space. However, it serviced its purpose.

Worst place ever no wash clothes ice bucket no ice machine at all slamming doors all night ppl flush toilets pipes in wall bang sleep 2 hrs all night no control of temp in room look out window only veiw was garbage cans you can hear everyone talking in other rooms my advice stay somewhere no chairs out side to setelse

Staff is amazing

The Place is a Total Scam, Showed picture of the Hotel is a lie, place actually is a totally different building and it looks like out of service, Even the Check in is a different building. Rooms are dirty and even with mold. Furniture is broken, floors are full of hair, dirty Sheets, with thing that look like hair or tiny bugs. Rusted Fridge, bathrooms full of hair, My reservation included a Queen bed, the actual one was at most a Full bed, falling apart.
