Italianway - Locanda della Meridiana

The Locanda della Meridiana was one of the most exquisite and beautiful places I have ever stayed. When I walked in it was like walking into a dream destination. The welcome and checkin and checkout with Alice and Georgia who were on site between them from 9.00 to 9.00 and just a phone call away was so easy and carefree for me as a solo female traveller. Thank you ladies you do the most wonderful job with passion and expertise. I had to catch an early morning flight and this too was organised with ease. The Locanda and surrounding gardens and the onsite adjacent Orto restaurant run by Amanda were just stunning (think dining outdoors under the stars) as was the lovely Italian breakfast with the best coffee. If you want the beach is a 5 minute walk away but why leave the Locanda? It is magic.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The property itself is amazing, the garden is huge with a vegetable patch you are encouraged to take from, the pool is lovely and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

A lovely location close to the beach with excellent facilities plus very clean. Staff were super and really welcoming. Nice small hotel which we loved and we spent more time than we have on previous holidays just chilling in the hotel! Quite and the pool had an awesome view. We really enjoyed the vegetable patch and used it for a good few days to make tea! Plus the breakfast in the morning was great! Nice and simple which we definitely needed in that 36C. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was excellent. Gorgeous and dreamy garden and pool area. The stuff was very kind and helpful. Very clean rooms. We highly recommend it.

Alicija and Georgia look after the property and one of them is on site from 9am until 9pm. They are incredibly friendly, approachable and helpful. They have thought of everything! They provide beach towels daily and you may borrow sunbeds and parasols for the beach. They offer a complimentary typical Italian breakfast which is delicious. The property is absolutely stunning. Our room was really well-appointed with comfortable beds, a neat little kitchen area, patio and own private garden. The pool and gardens are absolutely beautiful. There are fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs which you are encouraged to pick from the gardens, the flower beds are full of beautiful blooms, and there are olive trees throughout the gardens. The gardener and cleaning staff are excellent and look after the entire property beautifully. There is a large, safe, gated parking area. The property is easy to find.

Super friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Lovely pool and grounds. Great food. There is a veggie plot on site and you can help yourself to lunch. Fresh salad etc. Delicious. Also included a lovely breakfast of fruit and pastries. Quiet comfortable rooms with cooking facilities. Very impressed with everything.
