Spacious rooms and lovely garden.

Construction on beach was very loud and dusty, we couldn’t sit in restaurant or by pool until it stopped at 6pm. Not the fault of the property.

Great and quiet location. Staff were fantastic and so friendly, garden areas constantly maintained. Beautiful bungalows with lovely gardens surrounding. Awesome views across the ocean with amazing sunsets. Could easily access the ocean.

Unfortunately the pool wasn’t operating efficiently, the water was murky for my entire stay. Although you could swim. A group of Russian guests were staying for a couple of nights, one evening they were up until after 3 am partying and making a lot of noise/ music. The staff didn’t do anything about this as a lot of guests complained. Not good enough for management to have not taken any action or responsibility.

The family room was huge and the full sized fridge and microwave were a great option. Such a beautiful room.

The wifi was not great however we were on holidays and didn’t need it a lot. But we found we had to go to a certain part of the room to be able to search up places to go and eat etc. The only other thing is the showerheads I think was so damaged that you didn’t really get much of a spray of water. Again not a big deal but sometimes it was a bit difficult to get a decent shower.

Construction noise, excavator unloading boulders on the beachfront directly in front of hotel. Apparently bookings.com should have warned me

Fifth visit to Puri Raja. We always get the premier room closest to the beach pool. We love the pool we love the restaurant we love the fact Legian is quieter area than Seminyak. We love the gardens. Good value for money. Everyone that works there are so friendly and so great service.
