"We had a lovely experience. Everything was top-notch! Very good location for where we needed to be."

Room was nice. We were glad to be able to actually open a window. That was pleasant! Our bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed a few breakfast meals and one dinner in the restaurant. The servers were excellent and the food and drink service was very fast, actually. We had a lovely stay of three nights there, while visiting some family in Vancouver.

Great location for us. Full service restaurant. Friendly staff. The bird song in the hallways is a nice touch.

Broken make-up mirror in the bath. Not enough wall sockets for computer plug-ins. And existing sockets are poorly placed. Miss match of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and water. Took a very long time to rinse off in the shower. Surprised when the restaurant didn’t open one morning because of computer issues.

It was located in a good location for us. The price for the accommodation was decent. It was a good place for one night. We did not take advantage of the restaurant or pool facilities while we were there. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Fun decor throughout the facility.
