Ferienwohnung Royal Walchensee

Die Wohnung ist schön groß, hat eigentlich die nötigsten Sachen was man braucht. Bisschen mehr Küchenutensilien ( wie z.b. Schneebesen, Brotmesser - sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten ) wären nicht schlecht, aber wir sind auch so klar gekommen. Dafür waren Gewürze, Öl, Tee etc. vorhanden, was auch nicht immer üblich ist. Terrasse fand ich schön, außer die Spinnweben teilweise. Aber die Möbel waren sauber und reicht vollkommen aus. Der Ausblick ist zwar jetzt nicht der beste, aber das hat man in manchen Hotels ebenfalls. Also für mich kein Kritikpunkt. Es war sehr ruhig im gesamten Haus, da gibt es auch nichts zu beklagen. Das Schwimmbad könnte man bisschen besser ausschildern, das mussten wir ebenfalls suchen, aber haben es gefunden. Wir haben es nicht benutzt, also dazu kann ich nicht viel sagen. Die Umgebung ist einfach nur schön. Die Wirtschaft direkt nebenan war sehr lecker. Am eigenen Seebereich waren wir leider auch nicht, da das Wetter nicht ganz so mitgespielt hat. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Er hat die Anfahrt mit einem Video aufgenommen und zugeschickt, sowie die Infos über den Schlüssel etc. Auch auf eine Frage von mir, habe ich in kurzer Zeit eine Antwort bekommen.

Eigentlich nichts schwerwiegendes zu beklagen

Very cosy apartment with all necessary available in it. The parking near the building. Self check in and check out was easy. My daughter loved the bed with a very soft mattress and slept very long night.

There was a technical noise at the night in our apartment bedroom which i assumed was the next to the technical room with the boiler or some other system and we could not sleep first night without the earplugs. The swimming pool floors were very dirty so i was happy to use my bathing slippers. And the air smell in cellar room with humidity could be having some aromatics used. In the sauna rooms the lights were getting down in 1 min after you have relaxed and the lights sensor would make all rooms fall into the darkness. Uncomfortable experience to jump out from the sauna room to move in front the sensor every minute... otherwise you need to have someone else outside moving while you are relaxing in sauna 😁 also be aware for sauna heating you need 1 euro coins with you. It was not written anywhere i could find it but just when arrived to the sauna door.

Amazing Location, cross the road to a private terrace for your own breakfast or evening drinks or dive into the lake from the jetty. Bbq area too
