Great staff very helpful Super clean room. On site real "diner" very nice

Lack of in room coffee Lack of cups for water in room. No breakfast.

Comfortable, pretty quite for as busy as the hotel is

Staff was the best part of the stay. Every single one was excellent and there were 4 that we interacted with. Worst part was noise in the middle of the night that consisted of loud banging, squealing, phone ringing over and over and music playing. The room looked fairly new but not as clean as l would have liked.

Currently the best option in Dexter. The upgrade from a couple of years ago is standing up to the wear and tear of the use.

I’ve had a bad experience with Jack Legrand. We are a law firm that comes here every two weeks we had no TV no hot water. Just a bad experience altogether. The young man at the front desk is trying to get us straightened out. MICHAEL.Klug Thank you. Eric Kline Room 111

check in was great

shower, lack of soap, shampoo. the shower head was very weak, zero water pressure. no coffee maker in the room.

Convenient

Nice clean and comfortable room. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. The Diner next door was nice, close and the food good.

One of the purposes of paying for something through Expedia is the discounts that they offered as opposed to going straight through a hotel or motel or or wherever you happen to be staying. This motel even after having paid for everything through Expedia keeps trying to sneak in extra charges. They try to cite a security deposit but the security deposit is already paid through Expedia. They've also tried to charge my card for various other amounts. I was assured by staff there who reached out to the manager while I was there that I would not be charged any additional amount and that they would reach out to Expedia. When I tried to go through the Expedia customer service, the customer service could not get a hold of any of the hotel, staff or management. The motel might be clean but after all that I'm definitely not going to be staying there again the next time I'm in Dexter. I would encourage everyone else to go elsewhere as well or if you happen to risk it and stay there then double and triple check charges made to your card.
