My room was switched to another floor plan the day before my arrival, even though I booked this weeks in advance. The floors were extremely dirty and the couch was full of stains. The process for getting the keys and getting to the space is convoluted and needs to be simplified; all steps were sent in three different messages at different times.

The location is fantastic. Within walking distance (20min) to the cathedral, museums, central square and market. Also in the middle of a hip area with a wide variety of nice cafes & restaurants. Area was super safe and comfortable. The apartment was spacious and decently equipped. The staff was really friendly and helpful and super cooperative. The terrace was beautiful too.

The windows are single glazed so if you're a light sleeper like me, noise from the street can keep you awake. That's why I would recommend getting one of the lofts at the back and away from the street. The one I got had a few windows, but only one window I can open. So ventilation was a bit poor especially on hot days. That being said, it does have an advantage of less noise coming into the room. The spiral stairs and loft style is aesthetically pleasing, but can be a bit annoying if your walking down to the toilet in the middle of the night. These are some minor details only.
