Check in was wonderful, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. In the room, you could tell that some attempts had been made towards cleanliness and comfort (ie, clean sheets and nicely arranged clean towels). Those are the only positive things about our stay, however, as it was the proverbial lipstick on a pig. The room was so dark and dank - I was concerned about breathing the air all night. The unbearable hum from all of the equipment trying to dry out and cool the room was enough to drive you nuts. When we got back from the boardwalk that evening, the cutest trio of young raccoons was trying to get in the kitchenette window that overlooked the alley between this and the next building. If we were planning on staying more than one night I would have found another place to go.

The property was very clean and the area was very convenient but the customer service from one of the gentleman(I believe his name is David) was extremely horrible. He’s very rude and hostile for no apparent reason! I got my room through Expedia and when I got there I was giving a different room. When I brought it up to the man he was very rude and kept telling me I paid for a cheap room meanwhile he was bringing me to the room I actually paid for. So if that was the case why would you bring me to my correct room after I mentioned something to you. I was very polite the entire time until he continued to be loud and nasty after a few minutes. He than said I’m not going argue with you I said sir you are very rude for no reason Idk you and you don’t know me so what’s the issue. The women I spoke to on the phone was very sweet and professional but this man he needs to be trained on customer service!!

Really close to broadwalk, management where really personal and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, check in was a breeze everyone working was friendly, great hospitality. It will be a go to spot to stay whenever I’m in town!

We had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean, the shower pressure was good, the water was hot, and the beds were comfortable. Linen, soap and shampoo were provided, but I recommend bringing hairdryer, moisturizer etc. with you. The room we were in had a microwave, and medium sized fridge, larger than the regular hotel mini-fridge. There was also a gas range, but no utensils. If you're booking the junior suite, and plan on cooking, bring utensils with you. However, there are plenty of places nearby to eat, and that's what we did. Quiet place, not too far from the boardwalk, wouldn't mind staying there again.

On a scale from 1-10 I’d give a 7. Positives are cost, large rooms, quiet, some parking is covered. Negatives are cheap mattress and pillows, dark inside (room 1). Not a 10/10 for sure.

The room was very clean and it was nice to have a kitchenette and to be able to check in early. However, the tile floor in the kitchen & bath was just mopped right before we checked in and was VERY SLIPPERY and I slipped and almost fell, which could have been VERY BAD!!! A warning would have been nice. Or at least a Wet Floor sign in the room.
