Comfortable and clean room that met all the needs for our stay. Renovated room in older block with a modern bathroom and kitchenette. Walking distance from both the train station and the old town. Room was spacious, a little empty even for the furnishings. Access codes were supplied shortly before check-in and the instructions were easy to follow.

Sehr großzügiges Appartement. Sehr gute Betten. Gut eingerichtete Küche.

Leider kein Superblick aus dem Fenster. Die Kritik ist aber geschenkt…

Prima locatie, net buiten het centrum van Aken, maar alles is op loopafstand.

Een paar kleine dingetjes: er was maar aan één zijde van het bed een nachtkastje, één van de deuren van de douchecabine liep niet lekker en het haakje voor de handdoeken had kuren.

Good location, comfortable bed, furniture is a bit worn out, but overall good enough for 2 nights stand

Someone's clothes was found in the night stand drawer. The shower door was broken when we checked in and was just lying inside the shower. The bathroom sink was leaking. Everything was fixed on our request the next day, but we couldn't take a shower the first night. We were offered to compensate part of the cost of the first night, but it took a long correspondence and the involvement of Booking to actually receive the money.
