Bei den Stühlen wackelten die Beine, man hatte Angst dass der Stuhl zusammenfällt.

Hellhörigkeit

Wir haben Freunde in Aachen besucht, die nur ein paar Häuser weiter wohnen. Daher war die Lage für uns perfekt. Wir haben viel gesehen und die Stadt zu Fuß erkundet. Einen Besuch des nicht weit entfernten Phantasialands können wir nur jeder Person empfehlen.

Der Türcode für eines unserer Zimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und brauchte manchmal mehrere Versuche. Sonst nichts, uns hat es super gefallen und wir würden uns direkt nochmals dort einquartieren.

There is a huge construction site right outside the window (see photo) as they’re building a building there, yet location is central. They have a kitchenette and pans, good amount of space in XL room. No microwave.

I was locked out of the building at 10 pm after checking in earlier as the keypad to get entry was broken, and this property has no 24/7 staff to resolve emergency issues such as this. After spending a few hours outside, calling three times, and sending about 20 texts, I was finally told I could not get into the accommodation overnight or have access to my belongings until 11 am the next day, when housekeeping *might* be arriving. The next day no one responded to my emails or calls to find out if I could regain access. I will never stay at a hotel without front desk reception again; these “self check in” hotels seem to be managed out of the country, so be aware in an emergency situation such as this you’re on your own to deal with it.
