Location was good.

One of the showers needed a deep clean to get rid of mould. There were no instructions telling us how to get normal TV progremmes. The lock box had been removed when we were leaving.

We never got into the apartment, the host never sent us check in information and we could not reach her, she did not give up email, just a phone number that was not working. My email and phone number were both visible in my account in hotels.com. We ended up booking another hotel in Como. When we finally found the same host in another booking side, with a different phone number, she called my back offering us the apartment. We, family of 5, stood out in the rain not knowing what to do and couldn't reach anyone. To make long story short, she does not want to pay us back the three nights we had booked. If i could give minus stars, I would say -5. Very disappointing and rude host!!!!!

Location was wonderful, in the centre but still quiet and felt secluded. Good size for a family.

Very nice appartment in the city of Como! No outside/street noise! Good facilities for a family of 4! High standards cleanliness!

Let me stress that we really liked the apartment. It was roomy, clean, and comfortable, with a lift. There were plenty of sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery - even toilet paper. The location was excellent.

Both bathrooms need to be improved - I won’t describe the tiles that really need replacing! The low water pressure (or is it the shower head?) in the main bathroom are also cause for concern. We observed the rules about using one appliance at a time in the kitchen, and had no problem. On our wish list, though, as 3 adults sharing the apartment, was a second set of keys so that we could go our own way sometimes. A few extra condiments in the kitchen, beside salt and pepper, would have been useful - maybe some olive oil? - which other apartments often provide. Let me stress, though, that overall we really liked the apartment.

Very general to the lake and shops.

Kitchen facilities could have been slightly better very limited. And no information on site relating to travelling to property via a car. We wasn’t aware of the area permitted by cars (ZTL zone) We will receive a fine. Booking.com and owner was not helpful towards this. We was told we should have followed Google maps which ironically that’s exactly what we USED!!

This is a charming apartment in a superb central location. I am reluctant to say too much as it will make more people stay and force the price up. The rooms are generous in size and there is space to relax and self cater with ease. The building is so central, yet very quiet.

The WiFi could be better. We found that at 3 devices it struggled and needed frequent restting for browisng and tv use only. A second set of keys would be helpful.
