Расположение, персонал, тишина в номере с окнами во двор

Очень шумная работа маленького холодильника ночью, приходилось выключать из розетки. Кнопка смыва в унитазе не возвращается автоматически в исходное положение. Хорошо бы помыть окно на балконе.
