Centrally located at seminayak within a short distance to supermarket and eateries , tourist places , Commutable to canggu, Legian and KUTA , good host . Quiet place to be

Everything was perfect, except for the lack of comfortable chairs.

Amazing location, a bit of a gem that I feel that I discovered in Bali. Awesome pool and beautiful rooms. Plus walking distance to La Favela and so many nice restaurants.

There is no TV in the room but it did not matter to our group.

Had the villa to ourselves. Great location, clean, great pool and has all the facilities you need (utensils, filtered water, fridge) Cleaner comes daily

Maybe just the blue door at the entrance needs an upgrade.

The villa is currently not as pictured. It has been neglected and the owner is nothing short of rude and aggressive when contacted through this site, citing 'I'm abroad - what do you expect me to do'. The pool is very small in a large garden area, and the pictured umbrella - the only shelter from the sun in the expansive area - is non-existent, therefore it's not very comfortable sitting outside. The bean bags are broken and tired, the door handles are rusted and in need of repair and the ceiling fan wasn't working in the open sitting room. They did provide an old, rusty standing fan however. The lovely wooden furniture in the pics is also absent. Just an old, painted table dumped in the middle of the garden, and the concrete tables and chairs at the end of the pool. The first entrance, via a small lane, is a crude, bamboo gate that is difficult to open and close. I had booked for a week, but only stayed one night and found another property as this one was just not up to par. I would have given the property a score of 2, however the housekeeper is lovely, always smiling and very welcoming, and would not like to see her out of a job. My advice would be to get some current photos of this place before booking if you are able.

Not as per the photographs. Don't confuse this villa with another in the area by the same name.

Nice, secluded villa, although it is located in a lively neighborhood the villa itself is quiet. We enjoyed the pool, kitchen and open living room. With 3 bedrooms the villa is big enough to host a group of 6 adults.
