amazing Penthouse Cadiz

We loved the location and the roof top terraces. The apartment had everything we needed and the key pick up was very easy and friendly.

The apartment was not clean - the fridge and the sink were dirty and many things were very dusty. The apartment also smelt damp.

Great location, in the middle of the city but really quiet. The roof terrace was amazing and the staff really helpful.

We stayed in January and the house was cold and moist. Eventually we managed to warm up the house a bit with the small heaters and aircon, but the house stayed really moisty (and as a result, so did our clothes). It's a cozy place, but it's completely full with all sorts of stuff, leaving practically no room for your own stuff (we stayed for a month with a baby, making this quite inconvenient). The bed in the main bedroom is super small. The extra room is nice to have, but has no toilet, making it more suitable as some sort of an office, than having people stay over. We had my parents over for some nights, and had to pay extra to be able to use the room, which I thought was a bit weird. Furthermore, the house was not clean. We found what appeared to be rats poop, and we ended up cleaning some windows ourselves to be able to enjoy the view from the living room. Some parts of the house were in a bad condition, like some mould on the ceiling, dirty matrasses and a broken toilet seat. All in all it's a cute place, but it might be a better experience if you go in other seasons than winter.

Our very own rooftop world was amazing! The views sunset and sunrise. We enjoyed going through the CD collection and listening to them whilst relaxing on the rooftop. The lower courtyard was like being in a greek taverna. We loved the quirkiness of the property and that it has been owned by someone who is very creative. It had everything we needed. It felt like home, and we felt like we lived there by the end of our 10-day stay. All the stairs to get there are worth it and good exercise too. It really is an amazing penthouse apartment.
