"Reached in my bag and roach crawled on my arm. Never again."

Location

Roaches, dirty room, food left in room from previous guest, dirty walls, dirty floor for $100. I used to be a manager for house keeping, non of my rooms have ever looked like this for new guest including our smoking rooms.

"Learned our lesson."

The young lady at the desk was nice and polite.

Homeless panhandlers were creeping around the property. The non-smoking room wreaked so badly of stale tobacco smoke that it stayed on our clothes and luggage, so much so that it made the room we stayed in the next several days in another city smell like smoke, having left our luggage in the room when we went out to dinner.
