Staff was very disrespectful and gossiped personal information to other guest

Didn’t use the jacuzzi in the room, the water wasn’t hot. The ice machine didn’t work. The cabinets were broken on the jacuzzi.

I liked the idea of getting a hot tub room so I tried it out but everything was in horrible condition

There was too many problems, and when I tried address it to the worker that I checked in with she was super rude saying I already was there for 3 hours but I was unable to relax and her reaction just made things worse because she wasn’t listening or trying to help only asking me to leave to wait till the morning making me not stay at the reservation because there was a dirty fridge with food left behind by someone who stayed there, flies in the room about 4 to be exact which took a while to kill nastily, then I tried showering before my partner and the water wasn’t going down right so I had to stand in soap because it didn’t seem to drain right. Both floors to the tub and shower were not clean as if someone walked around with shoes on in both but didn’t clean up after themselves so it almost felt like the room was barely cleaned, the towels had black streaks, the tv didn’t work, and I was unable to use the hot tub in a hot tub room because it was also dirty with black spots all over the floor and why should I have to clean when it should already be clean for me and my partner to stay in

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean with the exception of the roaches you need to get an exterminator quick. Great location off the freeway..

The roaches. In our first room, we were greeted by four roaches in the spa the whole reason we came to this facility. Then, in our second room, there were roaches in the shower and in several parts of our room. The price at this point was expensive for such an unpleasant surprise . The spa water temperature was poor as well as in the shower , the faucett head was extremely loose rust in the toilet paper dispenser. For the price point, I could have stayed at a Hilton for a difference of $30.
