Habia demasiados mosquitos, y el ruido de la calle es intenso, ademas el tapanco donde esta la cama vibra cuando pasan los bus. Las calles alrededor me parecieron un poco inseguras, tristemente me tope con muchas personas en situación de calle, algunas me pidieron dinero.El personal del hostal muy amable

Lo único malo que no se podía abrir la puerta de cristal hasta que pedí apoyo por teléfono y llegó el velador

The cleaning staff were excellent, helped beyond what duty required. The kitchen was well equipped except to lacked medium and small saucepans and NO ceramic mugs.

The MANAGEMENT. They did not show their faces except possibly the man who helped open the door when I arrived. They were contacted and three times said they would come but never showed up. The door handle was a trap. I bloodied my thumb nail when it got jammed in the door. I took a pic of this door to show how absurd what they did was. Mosquitoes a huge problem. Every day several bites. Others also had bites. Ventilation of most of the rooms very poor. No cupboard in my room. To get to the bed was a ladder, NOT stairs. It is good I have monkey ancestors. It had been damaged but badly repaired. The only chair looked like it was 100 years old and falling to pieces, yes a piece came off while I was there. The Hostel has NO name outside to identify it. The visitors were left to help each other. The kitchen ceiling leaked water when it rained heavily. There was a problem with email but that was everywhere in Guadalajara.

Loved this gem of a place! Beautiful shared rooftop space. Great neighborhood to explore.

Great location and the common areas are lovely

They put us in a terrible room which was tiny even though there were several nicer and larger rooms available- I don’t understand why they would do that especially because we were staying 5 nights! The stairs are unsafe- I’m honestly surprised nobody has seriously hurt themselves on them. And showers are all clogged with calcium so water squirts everywhere except underneath.

La verdad me decepcionó esta vez, en diciembre de 2022 me hospedé y la atención del hostess fue excelente, esta vez tuve contratiempo para entrar y el contacto por mensaje fue grosero, la habitación no tiene aire y los ventiladores están en muy mal estado, suenan como si se fueran a romper, mala experiencia en general
