Liiiving - BDV RED

The size of the apartment was very good as well as the facilities. It had everything we needed. The location was excellent, near a shopping center and the metro. A two car garage was also exceptional.

We would have liked the house to be clean.. There were dirty towels in one bathroom and the toilet was dirty. They solved it and cleaned it the following day.

This property had several issues. In general, it needs an upgrade, i.e. bathroom grouting, shower door rubber strip needs replacement, lumpy sofa, TV is not smart, etc. Biggest issue are the twin beds that are missing support slats such that the most comfortable way to sleep is to lay both mattresses on the floor. There is NO clothes dryer. Not all lights operate. Master BR radiator whistles loudly if turned down. Door hinges squeak. Host was responsive but unable to address the twin beds issue. No hangers, short supply of toilet paper and dishwasher soap. Safe, secure parking. Short (15 min) Uber ride to city center.

We liked the apartment but I didn't like that there was construction nearby and there is a lot of noise from the street This is not good, and there is no air conditioning

The apartment is confortable and big. The staff is very helpful.

The location can be a nightmare if there is a football match as the stadium is nearby.
