The nice part about this place was the friendly receptionist and the diverse group of people we met.

What a disappointment ! First of all this place is the definition of false advertisement. The place looks nothing like on the photos and some of the “rooms” is a box with a bed, so people that’s claustrophobic STAY AWAY. The owner is rude, a racist, and very greedy. Be aware that there is corkage fee which they don’t tell you about.

I didn't eat breakfast there

Is that one of the guest took drinks from Honestly bar and I think he/she didn't report that and one of the worker there, he/ she just assume that I took drinks and I did explain to whoever was contacting me that I didn't took any drink from there but he/she was telling me that I did, so it seems like I was stealing the drinks and it doesn't sound well.

Hidden costs that only came out after the booking was made so it was too late to cancel.

It was my partners birthday one of the ladies even organized a cute birthday poster on the wall, when we got there it was there and my partner loved it. We were not driving but used an uber to get to this location it is right in front of the road. We didn't even need an uber for other things the beach is right across the road, swimming pool just a few minutes away and so are the restaurants and other facilities. we had fun and still managed to take a walk at night going back to the Capsules, our room was clean they even provided a fan for extra ventilation. We hate shared bathrooms but those bathrooms changed how we look at shared bathrooms in general,they were so clean, tidy and provided all the bathroom necessities. You do pay a Cleaning fee and a deposit when you get there but that was refundable and we could still buy from their mini kitchen using the same deposit. The ladies were well mannered, provided excellent customer service. I am no swimmer but if you are looking for a reasonable place next to the beach to clear your head off this is the place.Tv room, kitchen and smoking area too it is one of those places that are small but cute and worth their price.

The hostel is really nothing much unless you want to sleep. Although they are really nice and friendly they would charge you for anything. They have hidden prices for cleaning of 60 R which is not mentioned on booking and they only send AFTER you’ve confirmed your booking. The location is misleading as they are definitely not on the beach. As for surfing, wetsuits are of no use just don’t take them even if it was for free, the surf boards are not good for the conditions unless you are a pro. I stayed for just 1 night and they had no hot water.
