A great heritage hotel with nice sized rooms and comfortable beds

The layout of the furniture in the lounge areas wasn’t very inviting . I think parking should be included in the room rate.

Always a comfortable place to stay close to Camberra Centre. Good Bistro/Bar on premises.

Comfy bed, great breakfast. loved the juicer machine and pancake maker. Staff are all lovely. not one negative staff member.Also a few reds wines in the old chairs around the fire is lovely in the winter cold.

To be honest it was all pretty good. if i was be picky prob a clean around some entrance doors could do with a paint.

Diabetic dishes were few but the overall food choices were good. Pastries looked delicious. The breakfast room is light and airy and comfortable. The hotel location has always been a winner with me because of the easy access to the major roads network.

I don’t like having to pay for hotel parking in Australia’s biggest country town. I understand that parking space is limited as it’s only an open car park but perhaps an investment in their own future by making it 2storied and reducing the cost to patrons would make it more attractive. Street parking means you have to be mindful of the parking times and be up early to move your vehicle somewhere else.

Friendly staff. Good rooms. Quiet. Dining room. Job opportunities for young people.
