The breakfast was good and the location is great.

This is an old hotel and needs a lot of maintenance.

The staff at the front desk were aggressive when a asked about a toaster, saying that no toasters were aloud in the rooms as they would set off the fire alarms, and I would be fined $2500 for setting off the alarm. She spoke to me very abruptly, I was only a reasonable question. The room was very old, the noise from the corridor and next door rooms was very loud. You can heard toilets flushing , doors banging, people talking and TV's going. No sound proofing in the old rooms made hard to sleep. The WIFI was so slow and weak that I could not use it and the TV only had limited free to air channels. This Hotel is very over price for it poor condition and lack of amenities. I would not stay here again.

The room was ample in size & what it offered. Enjoyed the option of having a bath & the bed was comfortable

Disappointed that foxtel tv was not extended to view in the comfort of your room! & the Sunday morning breakfast was disappointing. We ended up leaving because there were no clean plates, not enough food & what was left was definitely not worth paying $30/$35 for & we arrived the breakfast area at 9am

breakfast was exceptional, great value for money, the hotel is very old worldly charm and all rooms have a balcony. We loved the ambiance and the decor. Hotel was very quiet being on the main road, we had a wonderful time.

we enjoyed everything about the property including our short lift rides to our floor.

We have stayed here before, and liked it, so we came back. It is well placed (for the Memorial), and has a really interesting history. The public rooms are great - nice mix of lounges, a bar, and restaurant - although se did not use that.

A beautiful old building. She is a little tired and in need of a lift. still a lovely stays

Our room was a little dark. We will choose a room with more sunlight next time.
